🌱LITTLE ROOTS--- THE HEART OF BLISS--- SEED TO PLATE

Person holding a wooden crate of fresh vegetables.

(2027) 🌱Grow Your Own Food 🌱

Feel the Earth through the roots:

Special School Holidays Workshop that teaches children several extremely accessible forms of growing.

  • Sprouts in a jar — mung beans, lentils, alfalfa, etc.
  • Microgreens — radish, broccoli, peas or sunflower
  • Seeds in little pots — lettuce, rocket, radish or herbs
  • Regrowing kitchen scraps — spring onions, celery bases, lettuce, etc.
  • Balcony/container growing — showing them that food doesn't require a farm

LIVING HUMAN TREASURES

ANCIENT WISDOM MEETS MODERN KITCHEN

And every child could leave carrying something living that they're responsible for nurturing.

Small seeds. Little hands. A lifelong connection with food.

Children and an adult planting seedlings and soil together indoors.

EFFORTLESS LIVING

Nature never forces abundance.

A seed does not become a tree because someone pulls on its branches. It becomes a tree because the conditions are right,

and it faithfully grows season after season.

You don't need a big garden to grow something.
A windowsill is enough to begin.
