Feel the Earth through the roots:

Special School Holidays Workshop that teaches children several extremely accessible forms of growing.

• Sprouts in a jar — mung beans, lentils, alfalfa, etc.
• Microgreens — radish, broccoli, peas or sunflower
• Seeds in little pots — lettuce, rocket, radish or herbs
• Regrowing kitchen scraps — spring onions, celery bases, lettuce, etc.
• Balcony/container growing — showing them that food doesn't require a farm

Nature never forces abundance. 

A seed does not become a tree because someone pulls on its branches. It becomes a tree because the conditions are right,

 and it faithfully grows season after season.

You don't need a big garden to grow something.
A windowsill is enough to begin.
