Kathryn Sunantha is based in Sydney as well as Blue Mountains. She was an art educator, whole foods nutritionist and author. Owned a cafe in Kathmandu within the sacred Boudha Stupa from 2015 to 2018 and has travelled, studied, taught and lived in Nepal, India, United States, China and Japan while developing herself around metaphysical sciences, healing modalities, Tibetan language, Chod and Buddhist Philosophy. Her teachers include Kathok Getse Rinpoche, Gurumayi Chidvilasananda, David Wolfe, Don Tolman, Robert Pante, Randy Masters. She has been a vegetarian (mostly raw whole foods) for over 29 years now. A dedicated student of ancient wisdom, longevity and health, she also teaches food art meditation and various methods of asian and western fermentation techniques. Kathryn walks her talk passionately and is actively involved in supporting others live a healthier, natural and frequency based lifestyle. Her books include “Wealth from Within (2001 )”, “Playing to Lose (2021)” and “Bliss Pure Foods(2022)”.
Kathryn embodies the seven principles of health and ancient wisdom of self care.
Bliss Pure Foods was founded in 2015 at the sacred Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu within a beautiful garden where customers delight in a special healthy menu of organic medicinal foods made from locally grown vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and grains. BLISS frequently conducts food making life skill classess and conscious eating as spiritual practice workshops.
